 New Web Design. What do you think?

I've been thinking about a re-design for about a week, so, three days later, here it is. Although it took a small amount of time to set it up, there were a lot of things to think about.
I wanted my website to be simple and clean. I wanted the site to be border-less, have a low profile header that fits the design almost seamlessly, light on art, and integrated in PHP.
For the first time since I had a website I been able to design a logo that I actually like. The problem by picking obscure domains (e.g. axlebath.net, minusmay.com, and purplegrass.com), it's hard to think of a logo that actually will work without being too on the nose. It's the whole turning the abstract to physical thing.
Not everything is up. I still have much of the archive to rebuild. But I have all of my videos, and most of our photos. Also, at the time of this post, the "About Us" link, well, isn't a link yet. That, in fact, may be one of the last things I'll create. Some pages still require some modifications, but nothing big.
I want to know what everyone thinks of this design
The beauty of this new design is every little piece of content can be commented on. So please comment. If you like it or dislike it, please let me know. All I ask is try to be constructive.
I'd like to hear from everyone: friend, stranger, normal internet user, graphic/web designer, ITS Guru, old fart, young runt, etc...
Be very honest, I can take it.
I once worked in Tech Support for an ISP. I walked out of there with my sanity, without threatening anyone, and without some drug addiction, so I can take a little constructive, and destructive, criticism.
